I am pleased to announce that Graph Solutions Pty Ltd (Graph) has been acquired by the KNILL Energy Group (KNILL Energy) as of August 25, 2014.
KNILL Energy is a privately owned family business with its headquarters in Weiz (Austria) and an international company network. The group is involved in the development, production, and marketing of products and solutions for the worldwide energy industry. The internationally recognized leading brand names within the group include Mosdorfer, Damp, Mosdorfer CCL, Ikebana, and Lorünser. The focus lies in the transmission and distribution of electricity with the core competencies in the production of quality overhead power line fittings and damping systems, substation clamps, cable distribution cabinets, and cable fittings. Graph will strengthen KNILL Energy’s strategic business unit, Transmission & Distribution by placing Mosdorfer branded products on the Australian electricity market.
Graph will be fully supported by KNILL Energy’s resources, and this new partnership will further enhance the expertise and product range of Graph in this region. KNILL Energy will benefit from the opportunity to supply the Australian market with the group’s whole product range.
Graph will continue to operate as usual under its current legal entity, ABN/ACN and business name. I will remain as managing director of Graph indefinitely, and all other staff will continue their employment in their current roles.
This is an exciting new phase for Graph and KNILL Energy, and I am confident that our customers, suppliers and employees will benefit through the integration into an international network.
